I led the start to end UX and UI design for this project, beginning with detailed wireframing and interactive prototyping to shape a clear, user-focused journey. Using Figma, I created a full design concept that reflected the brand and prioritised ease of navigation. The main goal was to improve user experience and increase completed form submissions — and the final design successfully streamlined the enquiry process.
